We allow any characters that appeared in either the RK manga, or the anime through the Kyoto Arc.
We will NOT ALLOW any characters that appeared in the ANIME AFTER THE KYOTO ARC

The list below is only to give you some ideas; it is not meant to limit your choices. We also allow historical characters from the Meiji era and other minor characters from the manga and anime that are not listed below, but none who appeared after the Kyoto Arc.
